4 cups vegetable broth
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 cups collard greens or kale, chopped

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until soft.
2. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
