Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into evenly sized bite-sized florets, then dry them very well with a clean towel.

2. Place the florets in a large mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.

3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes if your model requires preheating.

4. Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed so the basket is not overcrowded.

5. Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and deeply golden with crisp edges.

6. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Drying the cauliflower well before seasoning helps it roast instead of steam, which gives you better browning and crisp edges.

Do not overcrowd the basket or the florets will soften instead of caramelize nicely.
