Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
0.5 teaspoon salt
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup whole almonds
1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add flour and salt, and mix until crumbly.
4. Press mixture into prepared pan and bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
5. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and coconut.
6. Spread coconut mixture over baked crust evenly.
7. Add almonds across the top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
8. Return to oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
