2 large apples, peeled and diced

1 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2/3 cup granulated sugar

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)


Instructions
