Ingredients

1 cup apples (cored and sliced)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

3/4 cup milk (or plant-based milk)

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

1/2 cup ice cubes


Instructions

1. Wash, core, and slice the apples. Peel them if a smoother texture is preferred.

2. Add the apples, Greek yogurt, milk, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and sweetener to a blender.
