Ingredients

1 ½ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp black pepper

Pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Juice of ½ lemon

1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add olive oil or melted butter, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the shrimp on a baking sheet or dish in a single layer.
