Ingredients

2 cups small curd cottage cheese

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley or chives

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

2. Scoop 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese onto the tray, forming small mounds spaced 1 inch apart.
