Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breasts

0.5 cup sweet chili sauce

0.33 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sriracha

1 tablespoon honey

0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

0.25 cup cornstarch (optional, for dredging)

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.

2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper. Optional: lightly dredge in cornstarch.
