Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and cubed (1 to 1.5 inch)

1 tbsp olive or avocado oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1.5 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
