Ingredients
2 oz ground beef (per taco)
1 slice cheddar cheese (per taco)
1 small flour tortilla (per taco)
1 tablespoon chopped pickles
2 tablespoons shredded lettuce
1 tablespoon Big Mac sauce
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
1. Whisk together mayo, ketchup, mustard, minced pickles, onion, paprika, and vinegar to make the Big Mac sauce. Chill until ready to use.
2. Roll ground beef into 2 oz balls. Place each on a hot skillet and smash flat. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Once beef is browned, press a tortilla on top of each patty and cook 1–2 minutes to let it stick.
4. Flip taco, add cheddar on top of beef, and let cheese melt while the tortilla crisps.
5. Remove from skillet. Top each with pickles, lettuce, and drizzle with Big Mac sauce.
6. Serve hot and enjoy the burger-taco magic!
Notes
For extra crisp, cook the tortilla a few more seconds on each side after flipping.
Make the sauce a day ahead to let the flavors develop even more.
