Ingredients
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 green onions, chopped
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped chives or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Drain Rotel tomatoes to remove excess liquid.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine Rotel, sour cream, cheddar, and ranch seasoning.
3. Add chopped green onions and crumbled bacon if using. Mix well.
4. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
