450g ground pork
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
