6 tbsp ice water
Filling:
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 egg (for sealing edges)
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Rainbow sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Make the dough: Combine flour, salt, and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add ice water gradually until dough forms. Divide, wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
