Ingredients
1 16-ounce can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
30 slices pepperoni
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.
2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a large mixing bowl.
