Ingredients
12 ounces spaghetti noodles
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt to taste
1/2 cup reserved pasta water (if needed)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, lower heat to medium. Add heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and combined.
4. Slowly add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Add reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
5. Return cooked spaghetti and beef to the skillet. Toss to fully coat in sauce and simmer for 1–2 minutes to blend flavors.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot with extra Parmesan or Cajun spice if desired.
