Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp – Pat the shrimp dry and toss them with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Sauté the Shrimp – Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of olive oil, then cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from the pan.
