Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp Cajun seasoning

1 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp – Pat the shrimp dry and toss them with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Sauté the Shrimp – Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of olive oil, then cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from the pan.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce – Reduce heat to medium. Melt butter in the same skillet, then add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
