Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

3 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1/2 tsp salt (adjust based on Cajun seasoning)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season the Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry and toss with Cajun seasoning, salt, and olive oil.
  2. Sear the Shrimp: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for about 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from the skillet.
