Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
12 egg roll wrappers
1 egg, beaten
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Place about 2 tbsp of filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Fold bottom over filling, tuck in sides, and roll tightly. Seal edge with beaten egg.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a skillet.
