3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

1. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until just under al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Brown the ground beef and sausage in a large skillet. Drain excess fat.

3. Add butter to the skillet. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

5. Stir in Parmesan and half the mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Toss in rigatoni and mix to coat in sauce.

7. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella.

8. Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use spicy Italian sausage for extra heat and depth.

Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for more texture and flavor.
