Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup diced onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp taco seasoning

1/4 cup tomato sauce

1/2 cup black beans (optional)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 large flour tortillas

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Sour cream, chopped cilantro, salsa (for topping


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add onion and cook until soft, then stir in garlic.
  2. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, black beans, and tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes, then mix in green onions.
  3. Spoon the beef mixture onto tortillas, top with cheese, fold tightly into burritos.
  4. To Fry: Fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels.
