Ingredients
12 ounces rigatoni pasta
1 pound steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet), cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup shredded gouda cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook rigatoni until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain.
