Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
12 oz rotini pasta
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Cook rotini in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned.
3. Stir in minced garlic and Cajun seasoning; cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add Alfredo sauce and Velveeta cubes. Stir until melted and creamy.
5. Toss in the cooked rotini. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
