Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add chopped onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until softened.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and reduce heat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
