Description

A delicious, easy-to-make dish featuring crispy roasted potatoes, smoky sausage, and gooey melted cheese, all coated in zesty ranch seasoning. Perfect for a family dinner or as a side dish at gatherings, this meal is packed with bold flavors and hearty ingredients.


Ingredients

1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved

12 oz smoked sausage, sliced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp melted butter

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, melted butter, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Add the sliced smoked sausage to the potatoes and mix well. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the potatoes and sausage. Return to oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
