3 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 1/2 cups diced ham

1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

3 tbsp butter

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp garlic powder

  2. Spread shredded chicken evenly in the bottom of the dish, then layer diced ham on top.
