Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 oz spaghetti

2 cups three-cheese Alfredo sauce (Parmesan, Romano, Asiago blend)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Pat chicken dry and season with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

3. Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.

4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and pour in Alfredo sauce. Stir and heat through. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.

5. Return chicken to skillet and simmer in the sauce for 3–4 minutes.

6. Toss spaghetti with the sauce or serve chicken over a bed of pasta. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for the richest Alfredo sauce if making it homemade.

Add a splash of cream or milk when reheating to maintain a smooth sauce texture.
