Ingredients

1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp milk

1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)

1/4 tsp salt

Extra chocolate chips for garnish

Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Prepare brownies per box instructions and bake in an 8×8″ pan lined with parchment. Cool completely.
  2. Make cookie dough: Cream butter, both sugars, vanilla, and milk. Mix in heat-treated flour and salt. Fold in mini chips.
