Description

Craving something irresistibly cheesy, savory, and satisfying? These *Chopped Cheeseburgers* are your answer. Think of all the classic cheeseburger goodness—juicy beef, creamy American cheese, golden buns—but in a fun, pull-apart slider form that’s perfect for easy dinners, party platters, or quick game-day bites. Whether you’re looking for quick dinner ideas, easy recipes for a crowd, or comfort food favorites, these sliders deliver big flavor with minimal effort. Great for anyone searching for weeknight food ideas, easy dinner inspiration, or simply delicious beef and cheese snacks.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, diced

6 slices American cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

12 Hawaiian slider rolls

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion until soft and fragrant.

2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Reduce heat and stir in American cheese slices until melted and creamy.

4. Add mayonnaise and mix until smooth.

5. Slice the slider rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.

6. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls.

7. Top with the other half of the rolls.

8. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush on top of the rolls.

9. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy kick, mix diced jalapeños into the beef or add a spicy mayo drizzle.

Toast the rolls before assembling if you like extra crunch on the bottom layer.
