Olive oil spray
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with olive oil spray.
2. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Use a Christmas tree-shaped cookie cutter to cut out as many shapes as possible.
3. Transfer dough trees to the baking sheet.
4. Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto each tree, spreading gently.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each tree, then top with mini pepperoni slices.
6. Lightly sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
8. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
Use cold dough to make cutting and shaping easier.
Add star-shaped bell pepper pieces or olives for extra decoration.
