They’re quick, easy, and perfect for a delicious breakfast or brunch. Serve with maple syrup, whipped cream, or fresh fruit for a delightful treat!

Ingredients

1 can (12 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (or homemade)

2 large eggs

½ cup milk

¼ cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons butter (for cooking)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Slice the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized rounds.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  3. Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the custard mixture, ensuring it is well coated but not overly soaked.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.

  5. Place the soaked cinnamon roll bites in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

  6. Remove from heat and serve warm with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar.
