Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

0.5 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg yolk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
