Ingredients

4 large egg whites

1/2 cup cooked spinach (fresh or frozen, well-drained)

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed, drained)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 large whole wheat tortilla (or your preferred wrap)

Cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil


Instructions
