Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

4 ounces Brie cheese (cut into small cubes)

1/3 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or homemade)

24 pecan halves

1 sprig fresh rosemary (cut into 24 small pieces)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 24 squares.

3. Press each pastry square into a muffin cup.

4. Add a cube of Brie into each pastry cup.

5. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.

6. Place a pecan half on top of each bite.

7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.

8. Cool slightly, then garnish each bite with a rosemary sprig.

Notes

Use cold Brie for easier slicing and cleaner presentation.
