Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/4 teaspoon salt

8 ounces white chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon orange zest

1 cup whipped cream (for decorating)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.

2. Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract. Spread into cooled crust.

3. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and orange zest. Simmer until berries burst and sauce thickens. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and cool.

4. Spoon cranberry mixture over the white chocolate filling.

5. Pipe whipped cream around the edge and garnish as desired. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For an extra citrus zing, add more orange zest to the cranberry topping.

You can prepare the tart a day ahead; the flavors deepen overnight.
