Ingredients
8 oz medium pasta shells
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

- Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
