Ingredients
300g beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed
225g rotini pasta
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
90g cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/4 cup reserved pasta water
Instructions
1. Boil rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
2. Toss beef cubes with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat skillet on high and sear beef on all sides until browned. Set aside.
4. In same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
5. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
6. Pour in heavy cream and let it gently simmer.
7. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
8. Stir in cooked rotini and a splash of reserved pasta water.
9. Toss pasta until creamy and well combined.
10. Plate pasta and top or serve alongside seared beef. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
