Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add chicken and sear 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest.

3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.

5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella and parmesan until melted and smooth.

6. Season sauce with salt and pepper.

7. Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat.

8. Slice chicken and serve over pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley.
