1 pound chicken breasts, sliced thin

8 ounces linguine
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup reserved pasta water
Instructions
1. Slice chicken into thin strips. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Set aside.
3. Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook linguine to al dente, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
