Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 ounces rotini pasta
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
1. Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create cutlets. Season both sides with Cajun seasoning.
2. Dredge each cutlet in a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
