Ingredients

12 ounces spaghetti

1 pound beef strips (ribeye, sirloin, or flank)

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Slice steak into thin strips and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high. Sear beef strips 1–2 minutes per side. Set aside.

3. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.

4. In skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in Cajun seasoning and cream. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

5. Stir in parmesan until melted. Add pasta and toss to coat. Add pasta water as needed.

6. Plate pasta and top with beef strips. Garnish with parsley and extra cheese if desired.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy hot.

Notes

Use ribeye or sirloin for extra richness, or flank for a leaner cut.

Adjust spice level by using more or less Cajun seasoning or adding chili flakes.
