Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced

9 oz cheese tortellini (refrigerated)

3 cups fresh spinach

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and stir in Parmesan until melted into a smooth sauce. Season to taste.

4. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and add to the sauce.

5. Return chicken to the skillet along with spinach. Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes until spinach wilts.

6. Serve hot with extra Parmesan and black pepper on top.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or a few sun-dried tomatoes.

Don’t skip the fresh spinach—it balances the creamy richness beautifully.
