Ingredients

4 lobster tails (56 oz each)

6 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.

2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and pull the meat over the shell.

3. Brush lobster meat with melted butter, then season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Broil lobster tails for 8–10 minutes or until opaque and lightly browned.

5. In a skillet, melt 4 tablespoons butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1–2 minutes).

6. Add heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.

7. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.

8. Spoon the sauce over lobster tails, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red chili flakes to the sauce.

Always use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother, richer sauce.
