It’s perfect for busy weeknights, lazy weekends, or when you just need a solid food hug. Whether you’re after quick dinner ideas, easy one-pot meals, or just plain comfort food, this recipe will quickly become a staple.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

8 ounces spaghetti

1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes

4 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

2 cups water (as needed to cook pasta)

Instructions

1. In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

2. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

3. Add diced tomatoes with their juice and uncooked spaghetti. Pour in enough water to barely cover the pasta.

4. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer. Cook uncovered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. When pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, and parmesan.

6. Mix until creamy and fully combined.

7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating to restore the creamy texture.

You can swap spaghetti for linguine or penne for a fun variation.
