Ingredients
8 oz rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil salted water and cook rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
3. Season beef with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Add Velveeta cubes and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir until melted and creamy.
5. Stir cooked rotini into the sauce, coating evenly.
