1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies (undrained)
16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp chili powder (optional for extra spice)
¼ cup milk (for a creamier texture, optional)
Fresh cilantro and diced tomatoes for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Cook the Meat – In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain any excess grease.
