Ingredients
12 oz rigatoni pasta
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2. Dice or shred your cooked chicken breast. Use rotisserie or leftover chicken for convenience.
