Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenderloins or boneless chicken breasts (cut into strips)

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Cooking spray or light olive oil

Instructions
