2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons milk

¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the chicken by cutting it into even strips and patting dry with a paper towel.
