Ingredients

1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Vegetable oil, for frying

Bang Bang Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon lime juice


Instructions

  1. Pat salmon cubes dry and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Set up 3 bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and panko.
  3. Dredge salmon in flour, dip in egg, then coat in panko.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F and fry salmon pieces 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Mix Bang Bang sauce ingredients until smooth.
  7. Drizzle sauce over salmon or serve on the side.
