Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 pound potato gnocchi

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and gnocchi. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.

5. Add remaining butter and stir in minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

6. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and stir to create a garlic butter sauce.

7. Return chicken to the skillet and toss everything together.

8. Top with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Notes

For extra crisp gnocchi, avoid overcrowding the skillet.
